About These Terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you place an order with Mooi Bakes. By using the site you accept them. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other South African law.

Orders
An order or request sent through this site, by WhatsApp or by email is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We will tell you straight away if we cannot fill it.
Prices on this site are a guide and may change. The price we confirm with your order is the one you pay.
Good to Know
These apply to every order:
- Cakes need three days’ notice, and everything is collected from the bakery in Vredehoek.
- Collection only.
- Everything is for collection, as there is no delivery.
- Cake orders are taken on WhatsApp and need three days’ notice.
Returns and Refunds
If something you buy from us is faulty, unsafe or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can. You may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, as the Consumer Protection Act allows. Fresh food must be reported on the day you collect or receive it.
Information on This Site
We keep the information on this site as accurate and current as we can, but mistakes happen and details such as prices, hours and availability change. Please check anything important with us before you rely on it.
Our Responsibility
We are responsible for what we do or fail to do, as the law says. We are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our control, or by sites and services we link to, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Nothing here limits a right the Consumer Protection Act gives you.

The words, photos and design on this site belong to Mooi Bakes or are used with permission. Please ask before you copy them.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If we disagree about something, please talk to us first; most things are sorted out quickly that way.
